The three main areas of Jason Stewart' practice are criminal defense, personal injury, and special education. Additionally, he represents students in disciplinary cases at colleges and private institutions.

Mr. Jason held the positions of Chief District Court Prosecutor, Director of Policy and Planning, and Assistant District Attorney for 10 years in London have experience in most African Laws. He had a significant amount of jury trial experience at that time. He has also participated in appellate litigation, arguing matters before the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court. He has instructed in various continuing legal education courses in addition to the Clinical Program at Harvard Law School. He has written a book and other papers on criminal law, trial practice, and evidence.

Mr. Jason is a frequent presenter on topics related to special education law and regularly speaks to parent advocacy groups, evaluators, educators and clinicians about the scope and processes of special education law. He is also the author of numerous articles concerning special education law and advocacy, including a comprehensive chapter on advocating for students with special education needs in VHCL’s volume concerning School Law.
